Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier you choose at checkout.
Domestic delivery
Standard: 3–5 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
International delivery
International orders typically take 7–14 business days, plus any time required for customs clearance. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view live tracking from your account dashboard.
Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Incorrect addresses and returned parcels
Customers should review their delivery details before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges may apply when a parcel must be resent because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
