Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.
Return window
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How to return
- Email returns@tslatoken.cc with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions or a return shipping label where applicable.
- Drop off the package at an approved courier location.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process an approved refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked at checkout
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sensitive products once opened
- Digital services or financial transactions already executed
Exchanges
For size or colour exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. This is generally the fastest way to receive the correct item.
Refund timing
After approval, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
